We are all learning beings. Life does not happen to us, it responds to us. We are here to experience life and learn how to create healthy, happy, abundant lives. We were all created as equals. Each of us has exactly what is needed to have everything we desire at any age. Life does not wait to begin when we turn eighteen and it does not end when we retire. We begin creating our lives when we draw our first breath and we will continue until we draw our last breath.

You are like a magnet with your thoughts. The vibrations that your thoughts create become a magnet. To have plenty you need to focus on what you currently have plenty of in your life. When you focus on what you do not have, you will attract more of the vibrations of not having. When you do not feel good about something, you repel it. It cannot stick to you. Love is what makes things stick. If you want something in your life, choose to love it. When you shine love on any situation, you transform it into something positive.

We each have the ability to love. We have all heard the saying “with love all things are possible”. The thing is that most of us forget this and some of us just do not believe it.

How is love going to get me more money? How is love going to get me more health? How is love going to get me to my desired weight? How is love going to get me my dream car, dream house, dream partner?

Gratitude and love cost nothing. Dare to play, dare to imagine. Having a strong Imagination is something that you were so good at as a kid. We spent our entire days imagining what life could be like. Then as we grew up, we were told to quit fantasizing and live in the real world.

However, this living in the real world limits us. It has us living in a world where our emotions and feelings are subject to what is going on around us. What so many of us do not realize is that our emotions and feelings are actually creating the world around us.

If you feel angry, you are going to attract more events to make you angry. If you feel depressed, you are going to attract more events to make you feel depressed. If you feel bad, you are going to attract more events into your life to make you feel bad. This may not happen overnight. It will most likely occur in a way that you will not even be able to place it.

The same is true for all of the positive feelings and this is where having a mindful heart comes into play. Having a mindful heart means intentionally setting your feelings throughout the day. When you would like to see more money in your life be sure to spend your time feeling rich. Look for all of the things in your life that prove that you have plenty. Show your love and appreciation for what you have and you will receive more things to love and appreciate.

If you want better health, spend your time looking for things that show you are healthy. Look for the body parts that you can move without pain and focus on these. What organs are functioning perfectly?  Focus on the positive aspects of your health. Really, get into these feelings. Use your imagination as you did when you were a kid.

Spend your days living with a mindful heart and watch your life transform before your eyes.
